One of the reasons I am so passionate about network marketing business -  I believe in that the more people you help in this industry, the more successful you will be. We feel more successful because it is much more than money, it is also the sense of contribution. 

The Network Marketing compensates you for helping others. There is no better feeling to see how someone you work with is able to bring much needed money into his family or become able even to buy his desired house or something else. 

To be able to help others, first of all you must know what others want. This can be easy missed when we are prospecting new people into the business, because sometimes we believe that everybody should be a network marketer. Nothing could be further from the truth. First you should find out what the needs and desires are of your prospects and if network marketing is right business for them.

Provide as much value to others as you only can.
 The more value we are creating for others,
 the more of it comes back to us many times over.

You must focus all your networking efforts on helping people you are getting into your team. You can start by being friendly and helpful to them. Being helpful and friendly is the number one tactic in building your network.

Simply spread information in a friendly and helpful way. Building your network means the same as building friendship. Show interest in what they are doing and if only you can, offer your friendly and helpful suggestions.

Everyone joins network marketing business for their own reasons, not ours. Let’s just get this quite clear - they are here not because of us. 
They are here because of themselves.

I decided one of the best ways I could help my team is to lead by example. You will find that the most powerful way to help others is to inspire those who are ready to be inspired. And those who aren’t - those will find other avenues of inspiration that best suit them.
