What is Humanatic? Humanatic is a company called Century Interactive. It hires contractors to review phone call. Every business company want to offer quality service and they want to assure quality calls for people. So, we review these calls and help them to save time and improve service.
Memebers of the site do not need to talk, they just listen to calls and categorize each call acording to given specific category. Listen carefully and mark calls properly - you will acquire high accuracy score.
This job does not require any specific skills, just understand English language, be patient and have good judgment skill. They do not provide training, but you will be able to Overview and listen to some categorized sample calls for geting example what you must to do.

After you get access to call center, at the beginning you
will be able to review calls from two categories:
- Live Inbound conversation – this category's calls review today pays you 1,2 cents (it can vary). It is incoming calls and you will have recognize does caller was properly connected and there was live conversation with qualified employee who was able to handle his inquiry.
- Live Outbound conversation – review of this category calls pay you today 0.7 cents. This kind of calls are outgoing calls and you will have to determine if the calling persemployee reached the intended person and had a life conversation with him. Also, you must correctly mark the time of conection.
Keep in mind, the more calls you will review of this category, the more new categories will be given to you. But your review must have accuracy rating between 95 - 100%. If you fail to say corect any review, you will be penalised double sum.
These calls have better quality if you use Google Chrome browser.
The earning per each category vary from 0.6 cent to few cents. If you can devote enough time for reviewing calls, you can earn $10-$20 daily, some members are able to earn that. Myself I started not so long ago, but already got opened all categories and my earnings increase every day.
